It appears you are becoming the JUDGE OF ALL LIVING THINGS!  You must balance the galactic problems by convicting the responsible with guilty or not guilty. but watch out if the scale is out of wack or if the queue for problems gets too long. YOU'RE FIRED!!!

This may be hard for you, but the left click is the only control. And if somehow this is even harder to left-click. Click on the blocks that say guilty or not guilty to convict. Lastly, if you for some reason don't know where the left click is. I don't how you got here.
